AYSEL Group companies have demonstrated and continue to demonstrate their superiority of experience in superstructure and industrial structures in many projects in Uzbekistan, Russia and Turkey.

AYSEL has been founded in Uzbekistan, Aysel has been founded in Turkiye by a team of professionals, specializes in the implementation of turnkey projects, including design, supply and installation of equipment, a full range of construction and installation work, construction management of industrial facilities.

AYSEL has undertaken the superstructure projects and has implemented many unit projects in the territory of Uzbekistan for more than 30 years. Currently, on going projects covering more than 1 million m2 of closed area.

Carries out industrial mining projects as an EPC contractor especially in Türkiye and Russia. Completed and ongoing projects include gold, copper, zinc and beryllium ore enrichment facilities.

JV LLC “AYSEL INSHAAT” is a team whose experience counts 27 years and ensures a consistently high level of project implementation in the construction sector. The long-term experience and qualification of our specialists make it possible to carry out construction works in compliance with all international standards.

Aysel Construction was established and began operating in the Uzbekistan construction sector, quickly reaching a strong position with infrastructure and corporate building projects.

1996

The construction of UZBAT's Urgut Fermentation Facility, Tashkent Factory, and mini facilities was completed, enabling the company to gain significant experience in industrial facility construction.

Additionally, an Air Traffic Control Tower was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

1997

The reconstruction work of UZBAT Central Office was completed, consolidating the company's expertise in industrial and corporate building projects.

Additionally, the 5-star Tashkent Intercontinental Hotel with 245 rooms and 45,000 m² was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

1999

The National Bank of Uzbekistan Headquarters Building with 30,000 m² was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The project was planned with modern office spaces to support the bank's corporate structure and operational capacity.

NBU Branch Buildings were constructed in Tashkent and Kokand, Uzbekistan. These structures were implemented with a functional and contemporary approach to strengthen the bank's regional service network and increase customer accessibility.

The Coca-Cola Tashkent Bottling Plant with 74,000 m² was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The facility, designed to meet industrial production needs, was completed with infrastructure to support high-capacity production and logistics processes.

2000

The I.T.E.C Business Center, Shopping Center, and Information Center with 120,000 m² were built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The project was planned as a multi-purpose urban center bringing together business, commerce, and public information areas.

The Tashkent Aquapark Complex was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, consisting of swimming pools, four restaurants, a theater area, an artificial lake, water slides, and various entertainment equipment. The facility was implemented as a comprehensive living space to meet recreation and entertainment-focused usage needs.

2001

The Uchkuduk Air Traffic Control Tower was built in Navoi, Uzbekistan.

Additionally, the Nestlé Factory with 7,356 m² was built in Namangan, Uzbekistan.

2003

The 4-star Le Méridien Hotel with 254 rooms and 25,000 m² was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The NBU Art Gallery with 8,438 m² was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The 4-star Radisson SAS Hotel with 111 rooms and 12,000 m² was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

2005

The US Embassy Building with 14,750 m² was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

2007

The Sarbast Beer Factory with 16,500 m² was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

2014

The Karshi Branch of Invest Finance Bank was completed, and the first phase work of Uchkurgan Textile Yarn Factory was initiated, marking the company's entry into a new era in banking and textile projects.

2015

The Nukus and Navoi branches of Invest Finance Bank were completed, and Uztex Group's administrative buildings, logistics center, and production facilities in Chirchik were successfully delivered.

2016

The Invest Finance Bank 1st Central Office Building with 3,400 m² was built in Tashkent.

The construction of Katkala Teks' sock factory and logistics center was accelerated, expanding the company's operations in the Urgench region.

2017

The Invest Finance Bank Business Center Building with 5,000 m² was built in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The Uztex Uchkurgan Textile Facility with 151,300 m² was built in Namangan, Uzbekistan.

The Invest Finance Bank Karshi Branch with 1,647 m² was built in Karshi, Uzbekistan.

Katkala Teks' hotel project and Tengebank's 9-story headquarters building were completed, implementing prominent projects in commercial and accommodation structures.

2018

The foundation and auxiliary building structures of Tashkent Metallurgy Plant were initiated, marking an important step for the company in heavy industry facilities.

2019

The construction of AYSEL ENERGY's new production and administrative facilities was started, and UZTEX Tashkent logistics terminal and Asia Trans Terminal projects were completed.

2020

The Kibrai and Bukhara branches of Invest Finance Bank were delivered, and the 130-bed sanatorium project in Namangan Zarkent was completed.

2021

The main production building and general warehouse of Tashkent Metallurgy Plant were completed, and the Khorezm cotton processing factory and UZTEX Group's treatment plant projects were implemented.

2022

Reconstruction work was initiated to convert Invest Finance Bank's "Shopping Complex" building into a bank center.

2023

INFIN BANK's 2nd Central Office Building was completed, and renovation work was carried out for Invest Finance Bank's Kokand office.

The Textile Finance Namangan Cotton Ginning Plant with 5,162 m² was built in Namangan, Uzbekistan.

2024

The Sag-Al-Bukhari hotel and villa project was completed, and the transformation of the textile production complex in Khorezm and the construction of 6 modular warehouses were delivered.
