BEELINE MAIN OFFICE BUILDING

Beeline Office Building Data Center Project, located on the -1st and 4th floors, is a comprehensive technical infrastructure project where Huawei served as the main contractor and Aysel İnşaat undertook the works as the subcontractor. The project consists of a total of 6 rooms, with 2 rooms on the 4th floor and 4 rooms on the -1st floor.

The project has a total floor area of 170 m², comprising 70 m² on the -1st floor and 100 m² on the 4th floor. On the -1st floor, there are two UPS rooms and two battery rooms, all equipped with 60-minute fire-rated glazed doors to ensure both safety and ease of monitoring.

Considering the heavy weight of the UPS and battery systems, all UPS units, batteries, and panel bases were reinforced with steel structures, providing a durable and secure load-bearing system.

In the circulation corridors, calcium sulfate-based raised flooring was installed due to the fire-fighting and electrical installations running underneath. With a height of approximately 30 cm, these raised floors allow easy access to the infrastructure while ensuring an organized technical layout.

The concrete floors beneath the raised flooring were coated with anti-static epoxy paint, and similarly, the wall surfaces were painted with anti-static paint in line with the contractor’s requirements. These applications help control static electricity and enhance system safety.

All service penetrations between walls were sealed with fire-resistant foam to prevent smoke propagation in the event of a possible fire. Additionally, mesh cage doors were installed between the battery rooms and UPS rooms in accordance with the contractor’s request.

In certain areas, steel access covers were installed to allow easy access beneath the steel floor coverings, while the ceiling surfaces were painted with water-based paint following concrete surface correction works. In all room transitions, closures with aerated concrete (gas block) walls were applied to prevent smoke passage from door bottoms and floor voids in the event of a fire.

With all these implementations, the Data Center Project was completed as a long-lasting and sustainable facility that fully meets high security, fire resistance, and technical infrastructure requirements.
